Do you think they would respect you anymore, if you brought in instead a Suzuki Cavalcade? No. You can approach their management. This may work if this is not the norm, and the person affected ought to do this anyway. However, if their management had been supervising their departments properly, this probably would not have happened anyway.
I am not implying this is the situation. Sometimes, it may be better to have purchased the bike for a little more and be serviced by a shop that is honest. Thus one avoids the problem of dishonest staff to begin with.
I hope by all means this gets resolved.
